This is a mid-range guesthouse which are a little more expensive in Chennai. Very happy with location in thousand Lights which is a good area to be, and the nice and accessible terrace. Room was good and clean with reliable wifi and a/c. The place is well maintained and breafasts are correct. Staff is professional. I recommend!

We see at many places - home away from home. This place is a great example of the same. Located conveniently by the side of the popular Apollo hospital in Chennai, this place is a v junction for those who come for biometrics and US Visa interview. VAC for biometrics is 7 minutes away by Auto and 20 minutes by walk and the US Consulate office is 4 minutes by auto and 15 minutes by walk. Through out the day and night autos are available. All major shopping areas are just 10 to 15 minutes by auto. Absolutely convenient for every purpose. Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Ananda are two young people, always smiling and welcoming. They as well as other employees are so lovely and take care everything you need for a happy and comfortable stay. Excellent home cooked food. Very tasty and healthy. Mostly south indian, but all North Indian and Chinese food also available. They filter coffee is awesome. Good variety of breakfast items. Room and bathroom are very clean and have all basic needs. Sleep quality is excellent. They have a roof garden too. Ideal for a family stay. In all they have about 20 rooms. Round the clock assistance is available. Though the check-in is at 2.00 pm, they happily accommodate early check in if rooms are available. This place is full of positive vibe. Because of this you will always be successful on your visit to Chennai. No reason to think about. I strongly recommend this place to any one. Haste free check in and check out.

This little Bed and Breakfast in Wallace Gardens is an idyllic place for travellers. It's rooms are now being redone because of damage caused due to the recent Floods in Chennai. So you will get that smell of fresh paint and varnish. The place is well maintained. Looks like an old house that has been converted. The highlight of the place are the Staff and the Chef. Breakfast was always delicious and on time. The pooris and rotis were made only after you say down to breakfast. Not pre-made and kept. And they were all so courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place.

Great hotel with green and quiet area. rooms are clean and spacious with good wifi. Ranju and Anand will manage all your request with success and kindness. Great staff and delicious meals. Highly recommanded.

I always wanted to feel the indian home vibes in chennai and Hanu Reddy was the best choice i have ever made ! Beautiful home very peaceful and as solo traveller i felt so much secured and safe at this place as the both front office staff is totaly amazing. Location is great as its surrounded with many many delicious food cafes and restraunts !! Defnietly my next stay here

Stayed many times there. Feels like home away home. Everything was fine. Peaceful and calm environment. Manager Mr. Ranjan is very helpful and ready to help always. But recently they have increased the room tarriff a bit. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at Hanu Reddy Residences. I found the place very homely. The food was excellent.the rooms clean n the service very good. My sincere thanks to Mr Ramesh Ranjan for maintaining discipline among the staff who were always ready to help. Three cheers for Hanu Reddy Residences n always look forward to come back again
